Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club
Since their foundation in 1985, The Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club has achieved prestige through a unique combination of the world's greatest players and horses, premier UK tournaments and a distinguished social hub. People simply love this Club's unique atmosphere and surroundings.
Family owned and run, 'The Berkshire', as we are affectionately known, is one of the principle polo clubs in the country. Our founder, the late Bryan Morrison, music industry giant and polo fanatic, embraced the polo lifestyle and opened the door for a resurgence in the popularity of the sport.
Set in 220 acres of stunning English countryside, with six top class polo pitches, two training pitches, an all weather arena, sumptuous clubhouse, Royal Pavilion, superb catering and famed hospitality, it's obvious why The Berkshire is such a popular draw for players and non-players alike.
Within this extensive privately owned estate there are several possible areas for private hire events, all of which are created on a bespoke basis to suit your needs. The Berkshire has hosted events from wedding breakfasts and charity dinners to pop concerts and film shootings. We are even able to provide a polo match for your guests to watch from the private area.
